Hello, my name is Matthew Wright. I started as a freelance web, graphic and application designer in Omaha, NE. I created Boldface Media back in 2001 with a vision of providing modern web and graphic development services. As I looked around at websites designed by many firms I realized that they had not yet taken the time to expand their skillset to include a more modern outlook on how the web has changed and evolved. The Internet uses different technologies and graphical stylings as well as more social media. These firms have done the same thing for so long that they have become complacent and they often over charge their clients while at the same time delivering mediocre results.
Many of my clients were coming to me after visiting a firm and telling me that they weren't getting what they paid for and that the project was not going in the direction in which they envisioned. I have spent a good amount of my time doing development fixing other developers and firms mistakes. I believe that every project should be done perfect the first time and exactly as it had been promised and explained.
Since beginning web development I have always wanted to evolve to include more than just freelance work. With the addition of Cam Vacek as the Project Manager and Marketing Specialist, Boldface Media is starting to grow very rapidly from a freelance home business to a full featured workshop. We are excited to see what the future brings and are taking on larger and more complex projects. We look forward to working with you.
